Keeping your equipment in perfect condition is as important to us as it is to you.  No matter what your question is, we can always answer it or lead you to someone who can.  In many cases we can fix the problem right over the phone.  If it is an in-warranty repair that requires hands-on service, we will assist you in getting the proper documentation to facilitate factory service.  Please DO NOT send any items for service to Audio Lite without contacting us first.  Often times a product needs to go directly to the manufacuter for warranty service.
