| Your best source for service and repair information will always be Audio Lite. Even if we don't know the answer to your question, we will always know where to find it. In many cases we can fix the problem right over the phone. If it is an in-warranty repair that requires hands-on service, we will assist you in getting the proper documentation to facilitate factory service. Please do not send any items for service to us without contacting us first. If a product needs to go to the manufacturer for warranty service, sending it to us first just increases the time and the transportation cost.
